Terms of service

Last updated: 23 April 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Noticr (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

Noticr provides tools for landlords and letting agents to assist with statutory compliance. You represent and warrant that you are a landlord, letting agent, or property manager acting in a professional capacity.

3. Not legal advice

Noticr is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All calculations, templates, and PDFs generated by the Service are informational outputs that you must independently verify before use. No solicitor–client or professional advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws (including but not limited to the Renters' Rights Act 2025). You may not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Noticr and its licensors.

7. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Noticr, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In particular, Noticr is not liable for any rent increase that is voided by a tenant or the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), nor for any consequential loss of rental income, tribunal costs, legal fees, or damage to landlord–tenant relationships arising from use of the Service.
