- Tenancy information (tenant names, emails, rent amounts, start dates)

- Calculating compliance dates under
Section 13of the Housing Act 1988 - Generating Form 4A notices
- Product analytics and error monitoring
- Communicating with you regarding the Service

We do not sell your data. We share your data with service providers that help us operate our Service, such as PostHog (product analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and Resend (transactional email).
